THE ESSENCE

A homecoming to your feminine wisdom.

Odara means peace and beauty in Portuguese, a name that embodies the gentle strength, softness, and wisdom of the feminine. It is the essence that guides every one of our retreats.

Through the art of slow living, we return to nature's rhythm. Nestled on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, where lush jungle meets the endless ocean, we create space to slow down, soften, and remember what it feels like to truly be present.

For seven days, twelve women gather in community to step out of survival mode and into the quieter intelligence of the body. Through breath, movement, rest, and meaningful connection, we reconnect with our natural cycles, our intuition, and the wisdom we carry within.

A womb awakening journey

Sacred ceremony

Womb Activation, Sound Healing & Microdosing

Guided womb activation journeys held in sacred ceremonial space and supported by sound healing. A deep immersion into the body where stored emotions release and creative life force awakens. Optional, intentional microdosing opens expanded states of awareness and inner insight.

Ancestral & Lineage Healing

We carry stories that are not only ours. Through guided workshops on ancestrality and lineage healing, you will explore the patterns, beliefs, and imprints that live within you and gently begin to transform them. This is a space to honor where you come from, while choosing what you wish to carry forward.

Feminine Cycle Awareness & Intuition

An initiation into cyclic living, learning to align your life with the phases of your menstrual cycle. We explore hormonal rhythms, emotional intelligence, and the bridge between your womb and your inner voice — a powerful return to feminine wisdom.

Nature Immersion & Slow Exploration

Long walks along the beach, golden sunsets, and the ocean regulating your entire being. Horseback riding through jungle and shore, reiki therapy with horses for deep grounding, and slow afternoons of tide-pool spa rituals under the sun. Nature becomes your co-facilitator.

Nourishment as Medicine

You will be deeply nourished with organic, locally sourced meals, prepared with love and intention. Food becomes more than sustenance, it becomes a ritual of connection, grounding you back into your body and the intelligence of nature.

THE HOSTS

Held by two.

Friends, collaborators, and lifelong students of the slow. Bianca and Sofia hold the container together.

Bianca Ciabattari and Sofia Mazzolini, founders of Odara

Bianca Ciabattari

Somatic guide · Embodiment

A facilitator of feminine embodiment, Bianca holds space through somatic intelligence and ancestral wisdom. Her practice is rooted in slow ceremony and the quiet art of returning to the body.

Sofia Mazzolini

Sound & cycle · Ceremony

Rooted in spirituality and shaped by her own healing journey with endometriosis, I know intimately what it means to search for guidance that feels truly aligned, compassionate and whole. Five years in the wellness world, from meditation and sound healing facilitator to experience curator, only deepened that knowing. Odara is the space I once needed, where women can slow down, feel seen, return to their bodies, and remember they were never meant to heal alone.
